Challenge/Problem
Result/Goal
To create an online application that can make it easier and meet the user's needs to buy tickets for their favorite movies at the cinema.
Empathise Phase
Research
I conducted interviews with 4 people with backgrounds as students and private employees with an age range of 20-40 years.
I got insight and user pain points based on an interview I conduct, then from the data I got, I grouped it and made an affinity map.
User Persona & User Journey Map
After conducting interviews, and making user problems and affinity maps, I became more aware of the needs and habits
of the users.
To get maximum results, I created a user persona and a user journey map, in order to get additional information that can improve the user experience and achieve the desired goals.
Define Phase
Solution
After I got the problems that users were facing from the results of interviews and previous data, I offered several solutions that could answer the user's problems.
Ideate Phase
User Flow & Information Architecture
Prototype Phase
Paper Wireframe
I made a paper wireframe to get an initial overview of the layout and features that will be included in the application,
I made the homepage display to the success page, based on the flow of the cinema ticket purchasing process.
Lo-Fi Mockups
After creating paper wireframes, I created Lo-Fi Mockups. I marked and defined several menu sections and features to be incorporated into the Lo-Fi Mockups design.
Hi-Fi Mockups
I created a Hi-Fi Mockups design based on the Lo-Fi Mockups I had previously created. By creating Hi-Fi Mockups,
I get a detailed picture in making the layout design of this application.
Usability Testing
Usability Testing
I do Usability Testing, to test the features, user flow, and design of each menu to find errors or processes that are too complicated, which can interfere with the User Experience.
I did Usability Testing on 4 people, with details of 2 males and 2 females with an age range of 22-25 years.
Usability testing is carried out with an unmoderated method, through the WhatsApp application as a communication medium, and to provide user tasks. This is the result of Usability Testing that has been carried out.
New Iterations After Usability Testing
I created a Hi-Fi Mockups design based on the Lo-Fi Mockups I had previously created. By creating Hi-Fi Mockups, I get a detailed picture in making the layout design of this application.

Conclusion
Conclusion
I learned a lot working on this project. Some of the things I learned are:
1. I learned to be more empathetic to users, by empathizing with users, I can know their problems and pain points and can offer solutions to the problems they are facing.
2. I learned to manage time by making personal deadlines so that this project can be completed.
3. I learned that the process of making Wireframe and Low Fidelity is very helpful because it can cut time and minimize errors that will arise in the final stage.
